All-round Cleaner for a wide range of cleaning applications
With newly oscillation mode, making various cleaning performance
8 oscillation modes which combines 4 modes with AM (amplitude modulation) mode can be selected in accordance with various form of work-piece and diverse contamination. AM mode is also make it possible uniform cleaning.
Adjacent dual-frequency switching oscillation mode

Embedded timer function
Cleaning time can be adjusted starting from 1min up to 99min preventing from wasting power consumption and damaging work-pieces.
RS-485 communication function
RS-485 communication (MODBUS® RTU) enables you to configure various settings and check the operating status.
The frequency and output power settings, as well as the oscillation status, can be read out, which can be used in preventive maintenance.

Optimum and stable cleaning
The digital control system enables automatic frequency tracking and constant power output,
which ensures that ultrasonic wave oscillation is performed at the optimum frequency with stable and constant output in response to fluctuations in the load,
such as the liquid depth, liquid temperature, liquid type, decompression status, and workpiece status. As a result, optimum cleaning is achieved.
Easy maintenance
When the transducer unit is replaced by one with the same specifications, there is no need to calibrate the generator.
Applications
●Cleaning of ICs, transistors, silicon wafers, photomasks, etc.
●Cleaning of printed circuit boards, hard disk components, LCD glass, etc.
●Cleaning of pistons, fuel pumps, electrical parts, etc.
Mainly, 28 kHz is suitable for powerful cleaning of stubborn dirt, while 40 kHz is suitable for precision cleaning with less unevenness and damage.
