Nozzle type cleaner - PULSE JET point type

This point-type ultrasonic cleaner is mainly used to clean wafers and hard disks by superimposing ultrasonic waves on the flowing water stream from the nozzle tip. The emitted water stream acts as a medium for ultrasonic wave propagation and at the same time transports dirt stripped by the ultrasonic wave action.

The flowing water system eliminates particle reattaching and has the advantage of high submicron particle removal rate. Single-wafer processing is possible, making it easy to integrate into production lines.
A wide range of variations are available to match the application and liquid used.

Pulse jet cleaner with constant power digital oscillator.

It oscillates stable ultrasonic waves in response to changes in water and ambient temperatures.
The generator drive frequency is tracked to keep the phase of the generator voltage and current constant. The output is controlled by constant power to keep the energy supplied to the transducer constant. The frequency tracking and constant power control work in concert to stabilize the ultrasonic oscillation from the transducer and reduce oscillator losses.

No need to adjust the generator when replacing nozzles
When replacing nozzles and cables with new ones of the same specifications, there is no need to adjust the generator and maintenance is easy.

Output monitoring
Compatible with RS422A for variable external output. Voltage output values are also output in 4-20mA.
