    Before consulting with us for repair, etc., please confirm whether the problem is a malfunction of the machine or a faulty attachment of the blade or blade fixture.

    *How to check the vibration of the horn
    1.Turn off the power switch of the main unit and unplug the power cord from the outlet.

    2.Remove the blade fixing screw, blade, and blade fixture.

    3.Plug the power cord into the power outlet and turn on the power switch.

    4.Place a hexagon wrench on the end of the horn and press the hand switch. Hold down the hand switch for no longer than 2 seconds.

5. check if the vibration of the horn is transmitted to the hexagon wrench and a ""gee"" sound is heard or if the hexagon wrench moves by vibration.

*If there is vibration of the horn

One of the major causes of the symptom that the machine does not operate when the hand switch is pressed even though the power is turned on is that the blade and the blade fixture are not securely fixed. In particular, if the blade fixture is dirty, it may cause abnormal noise, poor sharpness, or heat generation. Please refer to the instruction manual for maintenance instructions.
Blades and blade fixture are consumables. If ultrasonic oscillation is poor even after cleaning, replace them.

Cleaning and inspection of the blade, blade fixture, and inside of the horn will be charged even within the warranty period.
