Ultrasonic Measurement Equipment
level meter
The non-contact, continuous measurement of the distance to the object requires less maintenance and reduces labor costs.
Flowmeter function in open channel is also included in the standard specifications.
HD323 [Ultrasonic Level Meter]
Compact and lightweight ultrasonic level meter with integrated sensor and control unit.
Graphic LCD is used for the display, enabling display of A-mode waveforms, which is effective during installation and maintenance.
With mask function, noise reflection can be cancelled.
HD353-A [Ultrasonic Level Meter]
Compact and lightweight ultrasonic level meter with integrated sensor and control unit.
Stable level measurement can be achieved with DSP.

HD1200 [Ultrasonic Level Meter]
Stable level measurement can be achieved with DSP.
Interface Level Meter
Stable level measurement of the sludge interface in the settling tank.
HL2000 [Ultrasonic Interface Level Meter]
Level measurement in water/liquid using propagation of ultrasonic signals in the liquid. Even opaque liquids can be measured.
Flow meter
With DSP, it can achieve highly accurate and stable measurement.
This ultrasonic flowmeter is mainly used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Heat-resistant chemical model is also available.
HLF800 series [Ultrasonic Flowmeter]
Ultrasonic flowmeter measures the flow velocity of a liquid flowing in a pipe over a wide range by ultrasonic waves. This DSP-equipped ultrasonic flowmeter is applicable to high-temperature chemical solutions with fluid temperatures up to 200°C.
It acieves highly accurate and stable flow rate measurement and is capable of measuring even fine flow rates.
Furthermore, up to two detectors of different sizes can be connected to one transducer. It is space-saving and offers excellent cost performance.
Useful Information
Transmitting data measured by ultrasonic
The signals emitted from ultrasonic sensors are used for informative applications by propagating them through a medium (gas, liquid, or solid). Typical applications include level meters, flow meters, non-destructive testing equipment, and fish finders.
